Pho Co Café is a traditional ethnic minority house converted into a café. The old red brick walls, which are 50 centimeters thick, are made from layers of concrete, stone and wood to insulate the interior from the hot summer and cold winter temperatures The old building has two storeys with a variety of large rooms decked out in different ways. The top floor has excellent views and you can sit on the floor or use chairs and tables. Chinese lanterns hang around all the spaces giving them an extra oriental charm. The café is most busy at night and attracts local and international customers. It opens late so you can take in the spectacular night sky and silence of the plateau. | ||
