Sea Links in Binh Thuan Province is one of the most beautiful golf courses nationwide and was built on large sand dunes, some 60m above sea level. This feature makes the 18-hole golf course different from others and creates challenges for even the most seasoned professionals. Nguyen Van Dong – Director of Rang Dong Construction Company Ltd., and the investor of the project said: “What I like most about the project was turning the desert area into a famous entertainment and tourist site”. Being officially put into operation in December 2008, Sea Links is a complex of 300 high-class villas and an 18-hole golf course. Costing approximately 115 million USD, the project was designed by American architect Ronald Fream from the Golfplan Golf Course Architecture Company, one of the better known golf course designing firms in the world. The eco-tourist complex consists of four areas of villas, namely Sea View, Royal Garden, Paradise and Panoramic, on an area of 130ha with three sides bordering the sea. Each villa covers an area of 400m2, and is a two-story structure with three bedrooms and amble open, green space. The most unique feature of Sea Links is that it is located on the sand dunes overlooking Mui Ne Bay. Also, the area consists of a club house, practice greens, an Asian-European Restaurant, a 0.5ha swimming pool, five-star hotel, trading centre, medical centre and four tennis courses. It has become part of the tourist complex in Southern Central Vietnam that includes OngHoang Temple , Poshahinu Tower , Ong Dia Stone Ground, Mui NeWharf , Hon Rom Beach, etc. With modern facilities, Sea Links has made a considerable contribution to speeding up tourism in Binh Thuan Province.
